PGH Environmental Planning is a Bronze Member of the FPAA and our principle Consultant Patrick Hurley, is a Bushfire Planning and Design (BPAD) – Level 2, accredited Bushfire Consultant.
As a BPAD Accredited Bushfire Practitioner PGH Environmental Planning is qualified to offer services in the following areas:
- Bushfire Hazard Assessments for residential, rural, commercial and industrial development
- Bushfire Hazard Assessments for Subdivision or Special Fire protection Purposes (SfPP) such as child care centres, schools, hospitals, hotel, motel, tourist accommodation and seniors living
- Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) Certificates
- Advice on BAL ratings affecting your property
